AN OPEN LETTER TO THE PICKLEBALL COMMUNITY

The APP is here to stay.

Let’s get that straight, right from the start.

Whatever you’ve heard, whatever people who want us out of the way may be saying, the APP has an exciting future ahead.

Why? Because the APP is pickleball.

The APP has been at the forefront of the game since 2019 – from pros and senior pros. to NextGen, amateur and recreational players – we’ve been producing and broadcasting events that have played host to thousands of athletes and millions of fans tuning in over the years to see the sport we love played at the highest levels, across the USA and internationally.

The APP is proud to represent everything that is great about the sport we love so much.

We believe that inclusivity beats exclusivity, every single time.

We believe that people should be able to compete where they want, when they want.

We believe that investment in our sport should be made to benefit all – not just those playing today, but with a firm eye on those coming through the ranks, and those who are yet to even pick up a paddle.

The APP’s business plan is sustainable, responsible and is built to support the growth of our organization, the players who compete in our events, and fuel the dramatic increase in participation in pickleball throughout the USA.

Our view and our plan are long-term, not just what is in front of us today.

The APP is excited about what lies ahead in 2023, and for many years to come. We look forward to seeing players and fans at our events, starting in Punta Gorda in January, 2023, and we are excited to share the plans we are working on now with the whole pickleball community.

As we all look ahead towards the end of December and the start of the new year, we want to take this chance to wish everyone very happy holidays.

We’ll see you in 2023, and for many, many years to come.
