The PPA Tour is back in Cali starting Thursday at the Takeya Showcase in Fountain Valley, Calif., and we caught up with a few of our PPA pros who make the Sunshine State their home.
And we asked them to tell us a few things about themselves – two that are true and one that’s a lie.
See if you can guess the lie.
Answers at the bottom.
Conner Garnett
- I have a Masters’s degree in finance from a school in England
- I go surfing when I’m not practicing pickleball
- I warmed up Novak Djokovic before he played a match at the U.S. Open.
Irina Tereschenko
- I was a tennis player at UCLA
- I like driving up and down the Pacific Coast Highway listening to reggae and finding local coffee shops.
- Callan Dawson is my spiritual guru.
Michelle Esquivel

Mary Brascia
