MIXED DOUBLES FINAL: (6) Jessie Irvine and Gabe Tardio def. (1) Anna Bright and James Ignatowich, 12-10, 11-9, 11-8.

  • Irvine’s first Mixed Doubles title since 2022.
  • Tardio’s first Mixed Doubles title, and first Mixed Doubles medal.
  • Irvine/Tardio: Better at starting and winning rally-ending hand battles, 55% to 47%.
  • Irvine/Tardio: More clean winners (19-17),  fewer errors on serves/returns/thirds (11-9).
  • Tardio: MIssed only two of 71 third shots.
  • Bright/Ignatowich are 0-9 in finals since winning the Red Rock Open in April 2023.
  • Ignatowich: Forced four serve return errors, but also made four service errors.
  • Longest rally: 61 shots. 

MEN’S DOUBLES FINAL: (8) Andrei Daescu and Gabe Tardio def. (3) James Ignatowich and Matt Wright, 11-6, 11-6, 11-1.

  • Daescu/Tardio’s first title together. This team won silvers at the Red Rock Open and at Mesa.
  • Daescu/Tardio: Fewer dinks into the net or wide (9-2), fewer volleys into the net (11-4).
  • Daescu/Tardio: Better at starting and winning rally-ending hand battles, 63% to 55%.
  • Ignatowich’s first Men’s Doubles medal this year.
  • Longest rally: 29 shots.

WOMEN’S DOUBLES FINAL: (1) Anna Bright and Rachel Rohrabacher def. (9) Mari Humberg and Jorja Johnson, 11-2, 5-11, 11-7, 11-4.

  • Bright/Rohrabacher’s fifth title together this year.
  • Bright/Rohrabacher: Fewer dinks into the net or wide (13-6), fewer volleys into the net (14-9).
  • Bright/Rohrabacher:  Better at starting and winning rally-ending hand battles, 70% to 52%.
  • Humberg’s first Doubles final.
  • Humberg: 54 third shot drops, zero third shot drives.
  • Longest rally: 36 shots.

MEN’S SINGLES FINAL: (1) Federico Staksrud def. (2) Connor Garnett, 11-2, 11-4.

  • Staksrud has earned a medal in every tournament this year except Kansas City. (6 gold, 8 silver, and one bronze)
  • Staksrud has ten career titles, but this is the first time he has beaten the same player twice in the finals.
  • Clean winners: Both players had 12.
  • Staksrud: Fewer serve & return errors, 6-2.
  • Longest rally: 12 shots.

WOMEN’S SINGLES FINAL: (14) Kate Fahey def. (4) Kaitlyn Christian, 11-6, 6-11, 11-9.

  • Fahey’s first title.
  • Fahey and Christian both won silvers in the previous two tournaments.
  • Fahey: More clean winners, 17-16.
  • Fahey: Trailed 7-3 in Game Three.
  • Longest rally: 12 shots.
