Registration Open for 2023 USA Pickleball National Championships powered by Invited and the PPA Tour

DALLAS (June 8, 2023) – Registration is officially open for the 2023 USA Pickleball National Championships powered by Invited and the PPA Tour at Brookhaven Country Club from Nov. 5-12 in Farmers Branch, an inner-ring suburb of Dallas. The event will kick-off on Nov. 5 with clinics and other activities, while tournament competition will officially begin on Nov. 6.

Participants will be among the record-setting number of more than 4,000 amateur and professional players that are expected to compete on up to 68 dedicated courts in what is projected to be the world’s largest-ever pickleball tournament featuring the biggest prize purse in event history. Total event attendees at Nationals are estimated to reach 25,000 at Brookhaven Country Club, which is currently undergoing $5.3 million in transformative renovations and upgrades, courtesy of Invited, ahead of the can’t-miss pickleball event of the year.

“The National Championships is the must-attend pickleball event of 2023. Those who participate will play where the pros play at an outstanding venue, make sports history, and have the time of their lives doing it,” said Connor Pardoe, CEO of the PPA Tour. “The memories that will be created both on and off the court at Brookhaven will last forever, and we are already counting down the days until the pickleball festivities begin in North Texas.”

“We are thrilled to open registration and kick off the countdown to the 2023 USA Pickleball National Championships, for our ever-growing community of passionate pickleball members chasing the rare opportunity to become a National Champion,” said Justin Maloof, Chief Operating Officer of USA Pickleball. “Congratulations to those who have already secured their spot in the competition, and we wish the best of luck to those competing at remaining Golden Ticket events. We are thrilled to welcome the best players in our sport to what will most certainly be an unforgettable player experience.”

During the National Championships, the street outside Brookhaven Country Club will be designated as “Pickleball Boulevard” and feature live music and family-friendly activities with sponsors and local businesses. More details on entertainment programming will be announced at a later date.

Any player who has participated in a 2022/2023 National Championship qualifier event or one of the 12 Diamond Amateur Regional tournaments can register now for the “non-confirmed” list. Those who have won “Golden Tickets” at a qualifying event are brought into the “confirmed list” in their respective brackets. All other players who register will be entered into a lottery and will be notified about their confirmation in September following the PPA Tour Vulcan Kansas City Open, the final Golden Ticket event of the year.
